"Great hotel at a reasonable price and would definitely stay again. The room we had was very spacious and had all the typical Japanese amenities. The front desk staff were very helpful. Our only issue was that we originally thought we had to reserve the free airport shuttle, but in fact we just had to go to Terminal 1, Bus Stop 16. (For Terminal 2, it would have been Bus Stop 26). They also provide a free shuttle to the airport or to Narita Train Station the next day if required. There is also a mini mart in the lobby with food."
