The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa, which was out of this world—beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable experience in Osaka."

"Escaping from daily busy life. From the beginning the hospitality was warming and excellent. The front desk lady super duper nice, showed us the facility, amenities and genuinely happy to have us the onsen/ryokan experience. The bath house was nice and clean. The room with the view of the city was just spectacular a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. i highly recommended this to get away from the hustle and bustle of OSAKA."
