"This is a fabulous hotel with a lot of class. The staff were very friendly at check-in, and we got a ground floor as requested. We also had a patio door for easy access to our car. The room was huge, complete with a lot of seating and a sofa bed. The room also had both Microwave and fridge. A lot of hotels only provide a fridge these days. Unfortunately only one night stand with plugs, and we both have CPAP's. We made due with a cooler and extension cord. The cleaning staff were in everyday which means a lot. A lot of hotels do not do that anymore. Although the breakfast is not included, the associated restaurant had great breakfasts for good value. We also had 2 out of 3 dinners there. We were happy with the servings and staff. We had a wonderful experience and when we are back in the area, we will stay here. "

"Went to Oshawa for two days use go train to get downtown to Toronto. Easy access very close awesome hotel very friendly staff food was great. The room was better than what I imagine. Five stars."

"We struggled with our tv in our first room. The gentleman got us another room. Checked that all was working in the room and came and got us to move. Service was spectacular "
