Location perfect

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kayseri. Clean, and good service from the staff and the food in the Sushi restaurant is as superb! The one negative was that the heating was permanently on and the windows only opened a little, so the room was way way way too hot and uncomfortable!

Welcoming was nice. Staff was friendly. However, the room was a little bit old and the breakfast would have been nicer. The main problem is I gave my car to hotel valet and later that day I realized that my left doors where crushed by another car during parking.

If you have a dust allergy, you shouldn't stay at this hotel. The floor is fully covered with carpet that has a bad odor. The air conditioning wasn't functioning. We asked the receptionist to send a technician three times and even requested to move to another room with a working AC, but they didn't accommodate us. One positive point is that the room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious, with fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board. Additionally, there is free parking.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt gefallen. Allerdings war der Service nicht ganz so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Einige Mitarbeiter wirkten etwas müde oder unmotiviert und haben kaum gelächelt, während andere wiederum freundlich waren. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das gesamte Team etwas offener und herzlicher auf die Gäste zugegangen wäre. Trotzdem war es insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Mein Aufenthalt war leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber – die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, überall lag Staub, und auch die Toilette war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Obwohl ich ein Schild vor die Tür gelegt hatte, wurde das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Positiv war allerdings das Frühstück: Es war sehr lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl und frischen Speisen. Schade, dass die Zimmerhygiene nicht auf demselben Niveau war.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist generell gut,wäre aber an verschiedenen Stellen erneuerungsbedürftig:In unserem Zimmer lag zum Beispiel fleckiger Teppich und das Schwimmbad ist auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Allgemein gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal,aber nicht auf einem 5 Sterne Niveau.
