We had a great stay! The home is close to the Volcanoes NP, which was perfect for us since we visited the park twice (volcano was erupting). There were plenty of beds for our group of 7 and the house had basic essentials for us to cook meals.

We loved staying here. It's close to a main road, so it can get a little noisy with traffic. However, this place is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Noisy and Dirty

It is on a main highway and is very noisy. Also, the place--ceiling fans, pull out couch, counters, etc. were very dirty. Definitely not cleaned well by any means.

Lots of room, clean, well stocked, broken blinds

So much room for our family of 8. Grateful for all the ceiling fans and windows. Plenty of towels too. Bedroom blinds need to be replaced. Most were broken. Not enough privacy at night!

Family friendly. Location conveniently near Volcano National Park and Hilo but next to busy roadway with traffic sounds throughout the night. Warm during the day but cools off at night.

Home away from home

Our stay was very welcoming. I love that it was comfortable, nice and quiet. My children was excited that they got to play with the toys and board games that was provided. I liked that the house was clean and very cozy. Everything about it was superb. I don’t mind coming back and renting this place again. Mahalo!!!

Great home

This is a very clean and comfortable home outside of Hilo. We enjoyed having enough bedrooms for the kids to spread out, and cooked in the kitchen for our dinner. The laundry room was an added bonus and helped to dry our beach towels out. The only down side is the location on a busy road was loud at night. We found we had to close windows up to sleep. Otherwise evrything was fantastic and we would stay there again!

Very functional, neat and spacious accommodation

The house was perfect for our stay in Hilo area. Beaches and the Volcano park were easily accessible from here. Wonderful fresh produce street vendor just 2 mins down the street. Grocery stores were also within a convenient distance. The house layout is very functional and the spaces are not cluttered. The kitchen has dishes and appliances one needs to prepare and store meals. The kitchen space is very clean. We loved the auxiliary laundry room and the clothes lines outside. The neighborhood is good. There is some road noise but we got used to it within a day. Lots of towels provided as well. Overall a perfect holiday rental accommodation! Thank you.

Beautiful house with bed bugs

6 out of the 8 guest got eaten by bed bugs! My daughter is covered in bites. Looked up bed bug bites on google and it’s exactly the same.

Great place to stay to enjoy the east coast of the Big Island. Place is comfortable, affordable, and clean. It is close to Volcanos NP and black sand beaches. PM is easy to contact, and helpful.

Home away from home!

This is my first experience utilizing VRBO and I must say I am very satisfied with the outcome! The house was very cozy and spacious! Our party consisted of 7 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant and this house fit us all PERFECTLY! The house had some toys available that my granddaughter enjoyed it also has board games. Our ohana looks forward to our next trip!

Incredible price and home

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and a half. It was perfectly clean, all furniture was comfortable and in great condition, the kitchen had very nice cookware and plates/etc, nice toys and games for the kids, excellent laundry room and clothes line. We are very grateful we got to stay here. Thank you!

Home away from home!

My family and I came to the big island to visit family and was lucky enough to rent this beautiful home! It came well equipped with any and every possible thing you would need, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances, dishes, cooking utensils...bathroom had enough toilet paper for a family of 8 for 5 days, tons of towels, extra bedding...everything. There was even board games and blocks which my 4 children (ranging from 4-17) really enjoyed. Neil even offered late checkout since we didnt fly back home until 9pm. We all really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to renting again.

Fantastic condo with great amenities and location

We loved our stay at Trent and Debbie's place. The condo is in a beautiful location with lovely views. And most of all, it is fully and tastefully equipped with every single thing thought of. And Trent and Debbie were very responsive to any questions and very accommodating to any request. We would love to be back someday!

Great location, super close to airport and shopping centers. The property was beautiful and the house had more than enough sleeping space, blankets and towels for my family. Everything about this house was perfect for my family if 6. Check in was super easy and fast. House was very clean, beds super comfy and lots of space for everyone. Board games was a bonus for the kids. Neal checked in on us when we had a short power outage and made sure he was always available if we needed anything. Look forward to staying here in the future.

Very clean!!

Fantastic property. Just wish they had a regular coffee pot so as to enjoy the delicious coffee available on the island and a blender so as to enjoy all fruit available nearby (smoothies, drinks, etc).
