“Woke up from a 1 night stay to no hot water. Called the front office and they said they changed out water heaters for the property the night before and they'd talk to maintenance about fixing it. An hour later called back down, no fix or maintenance available so they said they'd stop doing the hotel laundry to see if that helps. It didn't. No offer to use another section of the hotel to shower with working hot water. Asked front desk for a discount or something for our inconvenience as all……
