"The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I have to share. The hotel is very dingy and has a musty smell in the room. The ‘guest pantry’ where you can buy snacks and drinks is basically empty. The phone in our room had no cord and was unusable. The shower head was on a bar to move it up and down but kept slipping to the lowest position. The beds were old, headboard leathery fabric was peeling and cracking. I went to get a luggage cart as we were leaving and the only two they had were being used by the cleaning staff to haul trash and buckets around. I would not recommend this location or ever stay here again."

"No hot water for over 48 hours with hotel front of house keep saying they were working on it. Never once did they mention during my check in or following times when brought up. When I mentioned again at check out the receptionist acted as if there was never an issue and brushed my self and the person before me off about the whole situation. Bathroom sink faucet was loose on check in and after several time telling the stall it was minor fixed but still loose during tue entire stay. Lack of basic condiments (Ketchup) and lids for coffee and juice on multiple days."

"There were a couple of bugs, but due to the location it made sense, wasn’t an issue. Was definitely a great way to disconnect and relax. My only complaint was that there isn’t a single mirror, had to go to my husbands birthday dinner and was difficult to get ready. There was a family of cats living under our cabin (Angie) so had to keep a close eye on our food when it was on the picnic table. Brought a cast iron skillet with us so we were able to cook our entire meal on the fire pit. My mind Would be more at ease if there was a code gate to enter, on Saturday (5/23/26) we heard alot of gun shots…made me a little nervous"
