Beautiful beaches are also a short ride away, making the villa the perfect base for your explorations.

Whether you want to enjoy a lazy breakfast by the pool, a Mediterranean feast with your loved ones or a round of board games during sunset, the outdoor space is equipped to cater all your needs.


The lovely stone house is brand new, built in 2015 has all kind of amenities found in Villas.
Inside the house, you can find 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2 single beds that can be fixed to one double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. A great variety of amenities are also found such as individual reading lamps next to the bed, lights for the kitchen and the outside space, big solar panels for warm water during your stay, great comfort mattresses, a TV, the kitchen is fully equipped: a powerful oven and stoves, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, espresso coffee machine, washing machine and many more. Finally, powerful AC units in each room will ensure a pleasant cool stay for the hot summer nights/days.
Outside you can find a lovely pool and a great lounge under a pergola that offers maximum shade for the hot summer days to enjoy the views. There is also private parking space for your cars with pergola to keep them cool and a nice garden to enjoy.
The Stonehouse Villa is located in a large property sharing the parking area and the pool with another villa, the owners of which rarely visit the island during the summer.

From Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou head southeast for about 110m. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and continue for 700m. Turn left and after 140m turn right. Continue driving for 700m, turn left and after 400m turn left onto EO Svoronata - Lakithras. After 180m turn right onto EO Argostoliou - Lakithras - Pessadon. Drive for 2.5km and then turn right onto EO Argostoliou - Lakithras - Pessadon/Spyroy Lykiardopoulou. Stay in the main road and after 1.7km, you will find your destination on your right.
