"The unit is really cute. The problem is that it was really cold and we could not heat the place up. The small wall heater only had one side working and then it died an hour after we arrived. The portable heater in the bedroom was not effective. We needed to literally be one foot away to feel any heat. We had two pairs of pants and socks and our outside jackets on and were still cold. We ended up leaving in the morning, not staying the 2 nights we had paid for. We had to leave as soon as we could...

"We drove to the designated address, realized it was in the midst of a cookie-cutter neighborhood, called the manager and let her know we would make other arrangements. Our understanding was we were staying close to town, not 3 miles and on the other side of busy streets. Our plan was to enjoy Windsor, not stay in a setting we were attempting to get away from.
