"My husband and I stayed here for the first time. An absolutely loved it. We had a room with a balcony, on the second floor overlooking the water. We loved sitting out there, drinking our coffee and watching the river. The garden below is also very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. The front desk very helpful and friendly, both when checking in and checking out"

"Check-in time was 2-6 PM. 6PM is too early. I had to make special arrangements to check in at 8PM. There was confusion over my departure date. The owner asked me to leave a day early out of her confusion, but later got it straight. The WiFi was terrible—reception was okay, but it was limited access not allowing access to most web sites."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting family who live in the area. Although the weather wasn’t very accommodating for outdoor activities, we still enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding area, and saw a few dear and many varieties of birds, including eagles from the living room window. We hope to stay again this summer."
