Beautiful resort in a stunning location! The facilities are neat and the resort is super well maintained. Food is delicious - great mix of Turkish and international cuisine. Also the spa is very cozy and massages are on point (can recommend deep tissue massage). The location is close by the beach and there is shops and restaurants close by. The best was the service though - the staff was super helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay a straight 10/10! Felt like a piece of heaven - hope I can come back one day!

Tesiste ve çalışanlarda tamamen bohemlik hakim. Bu durum Çıralının yapısına uymuş. Odalar biraz daha bakımlı hale getirilebilir. Kahvaltı menüsü kesinlikle çeşitlendirilmeli. Tesis ve odalar çok temiz ve çalışanlar bir isteğiniz olduğunda anında yerine getirmeye çalışıyorlar.

Doppelt so teuer, als es sein darf. Diese Unterkunft wirbt mit „Luxus“ aber es ist eine überteuerte Bungalow Anlage die nach 3 Sterne Prinzip geführt wird. Ich hab mich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich hinterzogen gefühlt. Das kleinste Zimmer, in dem man sich kaum bewegen kann kostet am Ende der Saison 270 Euro die Nacht. Geht‘s noch? Die Wände waren schmutzig und voller Flecken, der Ausbaustandard ziemlich schlecht. Sauberkeit war OK, hier und da im Bad noch Haare von anderen Gästen. Vermutlich wird hier am Personal gespart. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Beleuchtung auf der Anlage, Nachts muss man mit Handylicht navigieren. Frühstück wird an das Tisch serviert und man kann sich zusätzlich warme Speisen oder Joghurt Bowls bestellen. Die Zutaten waren nicht unbedingt die hochwertigsten Varianten - ich kenne mich aus. Bei 100 Euro die Nacht ist das alles akzeptabel, aber nicht bei 270, sorry.

Güzel bir aile tatili

Eşim ve 2.5 aylık bebeğimiz ile 4 gece konakladık. Hemen hemen her şey mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı, Mr. Pepper’daki öğlen atıştırmalıkları ve Erizo Gastro&Bar’ın akşam yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Sanırım normalde odalara yemek servisi yapılmıyor ama bebekli ve özel durumu olan misafirler için bu durumu esnetiyorlar. Bebeğimiz özellikle akşam saatlerinde huzursuz olduğu için akşam yemeklerini hep odaya söyledik. Otel genel olarak huzurlu. Peyzajı çok özenli yapılmış. Plaja çok yakın neredeyse dibinde. Çocuklu aileler için özellikle öneriyorum. Son olarak çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü, ilgili ve işlerinde oldukça profesyoneller. Temas halinde olduğumuz bütün çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Bu konuda işletmeyi ayrıca tebrik ediyorum. Tek negatif yorumum bolca sivrisinek olması. Ancak bu durumu doğayla bu kadar iç içe bir yerde nasıl çözebilirler bilemiyorum.

Harika bir deneyim.

Gerçekten mükemmel bir deneyimdi, uzun zamandır böyle iyi hizmet aldığımız bir işletme olmamıştı. Otelin konumu harika, inanılmaz güzel bir doğa içerisinde yer alıyor. Odaların tasarımı oldukça iyi, odalar ve tüm ortak alanlar çok temiz ve konforlu. Personel etrafınızda dönüyor, çok güler yüzlüler, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel öyle en ufak şeyi ekstra diye size satmıyor , her daim ikramları oluyor, mesela diğer işletmelerde su son derece doğal bir ihtiyaç olmasına rağmen genellikle ücretli olur, Kimera'da su her alanda ücretsiz. Her odanın her an danışabileceğiniz bir danışmanı var. Tüm tatil boyunca her türlü konuda bize nezaketle ve güler yüzle yardımcı olan Turgay Bey'e ve gerek resepsiyonda gerek kahvaltı servisinde bir dediğimizi iki etmeyen tüm otel personeline çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bu salgın ortamında alınabilecek tüm önlemleri almışlar, içimiz çok rahat bir şekilde tatil yaptık. Akşam yemekleri için otelin restoranı El Erizo'yu tercih ettik. El Erizo Çıralı'nın en iyisi, yemekler çok lezzetli, işletmedeki mantık burada da devam ediyor, tüm personel çok başarılı, fiyat olarak büyük şehirlerde benzer kategorideki restoranlar ile aynı fiyat skalasında. Uzak olmasına rağmen ilk fırsatta tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Most satisfied hotel and place in Turkey.

I have lived in Turkey for 10 years Cirali was no doubt the best beach in Turkey. There were no night clubs and large tourist hotels. I guess noisy music is strictly prohibited in order to protect Caretta Caretta so that Cirali is the ideal place for people who want to stay in quiet and peaceful environment. No music on the beach!!What a wonderful thing. Stars were shining in the sky because there were few light in night. I was really relaxed and felt comfortable during my stay in Kimera.Beautiful and clean garden,mountain view,pool,breakfast,lunch meal,dinner and especially very friendly young staff were amazing. There are many bungalow type hotels in Cirali but I recommand higher ranked hotels such as Kimera to spend comfortable because temperature in August is around 40 degrees.
