「GREAT property in a great location! Perfect for us to have as a central base for discovering different little beach towns each day. The property is so well done - love the decor and all of the special touches! Brandon is a great and thoughtful host. He left desserts for my retiring husband! (Go to Paris bakery!)We had wonderful meals at Mabel’s, the Boathouse, and Chez Rosa! Shopping and galleries are amazing! Coastline, character, old houses - priceless! We absolutely loved coming “home” after...

「Host was attentive. Secluded property with lots of yard space and a great pool. Perfect for families of all sizes!」

「The location is excellent. Easily walkable to Dock Square and many nearby restaurants. And, it's really big. Lots of room for family, friends and our Corgi.」

「Great stay.」

「Great location. Near the beach. Excellent set up for family with kids.」

「So convenient and Katie is the best!!」

「This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

「Property was exactly as described. Perfect lodging for our group of four and easy location for our Kennebunkport/Portland/Freeport weekend trip. Communication with Nick and Kayla was easy.」

「Great house for a large family. We loved the location and had excellent communication the whole time. Would recommend!」

「We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The home was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short drive from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Our only complaint was that we visited during the heat of the summer and the one window ac unit didn’t quite cool one of the bedrooms. Overall, this was a pleasant spot for our group of five!」

「We loved our time in ogunquit. The house is very charming and it has everything you need. Even things we didn’t know we needed! Location could not be better. We will for sure be back next summer!」

「The house was clean and comfortable. The views are awesome. The beach is a short walk away and there is a lobster/ice cream shop between the house and beach. Excellent location. Communication with the host was flawless. The nature reserve out back was an added bonus and we enjoyed our nightly visits by the deer. There were multiple families of ducks right across the street as well.」

「Great stay! We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 3, 1) and the house worked perfectly for us. It’s a 3 story home. You walk into the first floor with 3 bedrooms, walk up a set of stairs for the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and then another flight of stairs for a playroom area. The home was extremely kid friendly with games, plastic kitchen stuff, beach toys, etc. It had comfortable beds and was clean.」

「This little house was absolutely charming! The owners were very accommodating and flexible with our dates and last minute booking. The house is incredibly cozy and the outdoor porch was a big hit. The location of this house is also amazing as you have access to the ocean, marsh and a beautiful pond. E would love to return with our grandkids who would love it! Thank you Shannon and Jim for sharing your special house with us!」

「The property is very close to I 95 making it very convenient to commute to portland. It is close to a grocery store. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. Our family of 6 had a nice stay.」

「The property is beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied & in excellent condition. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room & we all loved sitting around the fire pit & several used the hot tub. We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!」
