「This property was PERMANENTLY CLOSED upon my arrival. Expedia did not tell me this nor did they help me find other lodging. This was beyond horrible customer service. Being stranded at 2 in the morning by myself in a city I had never visited was extremely discomforting. Having the company you trusted to reserve you a place to stay hang up on you, worse.」
