An Unusual House at the Entrance to Paimpol

  • Small house of character, located in the town of Kerfot near the main axis towards Paimpol.
    On the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room area in which there is a pellet stove, a living room equipped with a quality BZ that can be used as a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
    Upstairs a landing leads to two attic bedrooms.
    Outside, a courtyard allowing parking for 2 to three vehicles and giving access to a garden of about 400 m2.
    Land of more than 1000 m2 with about 400 m2 of garden with lawn. The land is partially fenced
    Accommodation equipped with TV, WIFI, Washing machine, Wood stove.
    Bed linen, tea towels and bath mats are provided (not towels).
    Raclette service, drying rack, ironing board and iron available.
