Great location, space and hot tub!

Really great to be so close to the mountain, the dining chairs need a little work, the organization of things could use some work - overall a little face lift but generally a wonderful place to stay.

The house was beautiful inside and out! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Very nice for dining and visiting with a small group. Would definitely recommend and so hope to stay again in the future.

Warm Springs Ski House

Great property. Well outfitted and extremely comfortable. One minute drive to Warm Springs lifts and parking. Stove and oven were good. Some minor additions might be a few non stick pans, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed and knives were reasonably sharp. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Would rent there again.

Clean, but...

Location was good and it was clean, but it could use a major renovation. It is very early 70s late 80s. Very squeaky floors. But, the hot tub was a very nice touch.

We really enjoyed the size and location of this Sun Valley home. The multiple bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms made it easy for a multi family stay. The house is older, but certainly functional.

spacious home in a quiet neighborhood

lots of room in the home and great amenities including hot tub (loved it) and owners left bikes for us to use. Note, the main portion of the home is very dated and dark (we had the lights on all day). Fabulous patio under the pine trees.

Warm springs home away from home

We really loved the location and size of the property. Everything worked. We weren't there much, we were mainly out doing activities, but the time spent there was very comfortable.

This property was a disappointment. The pictures were far different from what iIt actually looked like. It is very worn out and dirty. There were mouse droppings in the master bedroom. The heating and cooling was inconsistent where the house was extremely hot or ice cold. None of the walks had been shoveled and were iced over. There was clutter all over the place. The garage was filthy to the point where we couldn’t even put our car in it. Keep looking if you want something that is updated, clean, and maintained.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and had plenty of space for four adults and four pre-teens. It is located within just a few minutes from downtown Ketchum, the Warm Springs entrance for Bald Mountain, and within 10-15 minutes from Dollar Mountain. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and bakeware, as well as spices. There is a huge gas range and griddle that were perfect for early morning pancakes. The living room has comfortable furniture, a small game table (e.g., for checkers), lots of puzzles and family games, TV/DVD/Cable, as well as a massive fireplace. If you rent this house in the winter, make sure to bring a 4 wheel drive vehicle if you plan on parking in the garage. The driveway is very steep. Otherwise, there are two spaces at the top left of the driveway that make access in/out quite easy.

Not spectacular

The pictures didn't accurately depict the age and lack of upkeep of the property. The furniture was old and a bit dirty in the living room, various items were not maintained or functional (pull-out couch, dish washer). Outside space was not maintained, including the hot tub which smelled. Loved Ketchum (3rd time visiting) but unlikely to recommend staying at this home to others.

Skiing vacation in Sun Valley

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. It got off to a rocky start when the house was not clean upon arrival, but after that it was a great experience. The home was wonderful with lots of puzzles and games to enjoy. The jacuzzi was wonderful at the end of the day. The location was excellent and close to Warm Springs ski lift. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop and made for an excellent trip overall. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the gentlemen who cleared the snow from the driveway and walkway. All in all, it was an incredible experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

VERY Comfortable

We rented the house for 3 couples and we had a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms and baths are nice and were clean. Large kitchen and dining area were the gather places. The living room was a good place for some quiet. The hot tub worked well. The property has easy access to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. Very close to Warm Springs ski area.
