「The neighborhood was qquiet and safe. The amenities is the house were very well thought out. Utensils. towels, dish detergent, any other needs or wants were available. My one friend wanted to atke the mattress home with him he slept so comfortably.」

「Excellent property situated close to everything you might need in a great quiet neighborhood. Backyard is great, kids loved it.」

「Great place for a family! Has EVERYTHING you would need to relax.」

「Excellent home that has recently been remodeled. Easily the best house in the neighborhood. Plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out and recoup after a day adventuring.」

「Great」

「Great location for i675 highway access, The Greene, restaurants, Delco Park. The house was clean but the yard had not been cut in weeks. There were a lot of weeds in the front and back yard and it was never cut during our 10 night stay. There is a dehumidifier (which we emptied twice a day) in the living room and i noticed there were two air freshener plug-ins in every room but the living room and bathroom. We had to kill 6 earwigs and 4 spiders during our stay. The earwigs gave us a clue...

「Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty.」

「Clean and cozy….nice stay overall」

「Home was as listed. Parking could be an issue given only parking is on street. We were able to find a spot close to the home. Very clean and well appointed. As advertised and would rent again. Thank you!」

「The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

「I'll come back it was a great place to chill for the night」

「We booked this property in Sept of 2025 for our daughters graduation from UD, knowing that properties go fast and you need to plan ahead for this weekend. We arrived at 4 pm check in time, punched in the key code and surprised 2 people who had rented it for the week and had booked it just a week ago.The owner, SHELLY, was out of town. Her assistant was unable to find any other places for us. She did send a list of Dayton hotels Most were totally booked for the weekend. We spent a good bit of...

「Paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. On a positive note the owner communicates well and provides all the information needed for check in. Unfortunately that was the only positive. The house is in a rather rundown neighbourhood. The photos of the interior were misleading as the unit is old and renovated to a low standard. The lack of furniture and home comforts means that the unit is stark and devoid of any character. The bath and laundry facilities looked extremely unpleasant and so we didn’t use...

「This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time seems to get better. The property has newly installed carpet and upgrades all over the place. It was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We will definitely be staying here again. The host is wonderful as well.」

「Location perfect, clean and responsive host 」

「A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away.」
