Beautiful, clean 2/2 villa with 40ft dock- bring your boat up to 50ft. Open concept with water views, great location in beautiful Key Colony Beach, walk or bike to the beach, pool and tiki bar at the Cabana Club (membership included with the rental), close to Marathon and centrally located between Islamorada and Key West. Relax and grill on the back patio or use one of our ocean kayaks or paddleboard on the beautiful canal. 10 minute ocean and gulf access by boat, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Perfect spot for our family trip to the keys! We brought our boat and launched at the Marathon boat ramp and kept it docked at the house. Kids and I would ride the bikes to the Cabana Club pool while my husband went out and fished on the boat. Quiet neighborhood with fun activities down the block/across the street at the park. Shaded cabana in the backyard was the perfect afternoon hangout. We even caught tarpon, snook and a nurse shark from the dock in the backyard. Close to everything Marathon has to offer or a day trip down to Key West.

Very quaint neighborhood and friendly host. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so we were able to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle board provided. A definite plus !

Close to it all!

This was a nice clean property near lots of great restaurants and all that the Keys have to offer by being smack dab in the center. Access to a beach/pool with food and drinks was great too! Easy access for the boat! Thanks for the great time!
