Great family spot!

We really enjoyed the property for our family vacation with the friends. The layout is great for two couples and two or less kids! The amenities of Mariner’s Club were amazing! The pool is one of a kind! Close promontory to John Pennekamp and Islamorada. We would choose this location for our keys vacation again.

Beautiful villa, well equipped, well maintained. The clubhouse was a lot of fun for adults and kids. The main pool was great along with the poolside music. We asked for a early check in and the ladies in the office were very nice to grant our request. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Exceeded our expectations!

This property was awesome and exceeded our expectations. The rental company kept in constant communication and made the process of checking in/out very easy. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we could need from toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen. The actual property was nice and secluded but still central to everything we wanted and needed. My family and I loved the resort style pool and game room. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Key Largo!

Quick, easy & friendly. Rental and check in/out process could not have been easier

Spacious and comfortable

The place was very clean and had lots of space. The location was close to many nice restaurants. My only minor negative feedback was that I wish there had been more bathroom/kitchen supplies. In the apartment for a week there was only one paper towel roll, 2 garbage bags, minimal TP, etc. Given a full week stay, we had to buy additional supplies. Otherwise, it was a great place and had a lovely view.

The villa far exceeded our expectations. It is exactly like pictured or better. Tons of space. Loved having a washer and dryer. The patio overlooking the marina was one of our favorite places to hang out. Pools and hot tubs are great and the kids loved the game room. We even enjoyed talking to the ladies at the front gate. Smooth process from booking to checking in and checking out. Also gave us a folder with info about where we were staying and things in the area.

Scuba diving with Rainbow Reef, renting a Hobie Cat from Caribbean Watersports for a sail in the gulf, and renting bikes from Key Largo Bikes and Adventure tours and heading south to Islamorada. Very friendly and helpful. Everything was accurately represented and carefully explained. Thoughtful welcome package with useful items. Very responsive to questions.

Excellent property! Beautiful condo. Lots of space. It isn’t often that a rental property is more beautiful than the pictures, but this is definitely the case with 115. It was everything we could have wanted and so much more for a relaxing vacation. We also loved the property with two huge pools and two nice hot tubs. The boys also enjoyed the game room. Even the ladies at the front gate were great! No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed diving, John Pennekamp bottom ride, Robbie’s tarpon feeding, Theater of the Sea Great communication and easy to check in.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The grounds, staff and pool were wonderful. Our unit was nice but the living/dining room furniture was quite old and uncomfortable. All of the seating areas and chairs were older and definitely worn. Wished for a more comfortable seating area. Owners should think about upgrading for a nicer experience. Other than that, all was as advertised and nice. Thank you

We really enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. Security was well provided and appreciated. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location next to the waterfall spa, the big pool, and little clubhouse. Wonderful view overlooking the boats and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of rules required by both The Mariner's Club and Barefeet rentals, but that may be normal. Hopefully, they are transitioning to a key code entry so when you are returning to the club, you don't have to wait for the guard to return to open the gate. Our only disappointment was the boat slip assigned to us. It had no ladder or wooden dock for safe access into and out of our boat, especially for children. Always helpful and answered all my questions timely.

We had a great trip! The condo was clean and spacious, and we loved how many amenities were available to us in the Mariners Club community. We had to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags but were told beforehand to do so. This place was perfect for our family trip.

Our stay was fantastic! The check in process was quick, easy and everyone was super nice and friendly!! Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a better job. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
