Townhouse was nice, and plenty big for 4 adults. Really enjoyed screen porch overlooking saltwater pond. Would have been helpful to have printed copy of house rules/ instructions in the house. Restaurant recommendations were spot on (Fernandez the Bull and Fish House).

Fun time away!
We vacationed in warmer weather to visit my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. We enjoyed the condo, the location, and the amenities. The condo we had rented ended up having an issue before we got there, and the owners placed us in a different unit and had excellent communication. My granddaughter, age 4, caught her very first fish, and we had a great time exploring around the grounds.

Delightful apartment in a great location
Lovely apartment in a beautiful complex. Quality furnishings and lovely personal touches. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately suffered a major water leak on our 2nd day but within an hour the lovely owner, Diana, had sorted us out another apartment just a few steps away, where we moved to and saw out the rest of our stay.

Amazing
We had so much fun! The property is great, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. It has a beautiful lagoon view and the community is great for swimming and fishing. Great location! We really only have great things to say and hope to stay there again some time in the future.

BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATIONS
I will begin by saying we stay in Key Largo often and never have we been so impressed. The unit was not only spotless but tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was impressive. The full size refrigerator is brand new and makes a ton of ice. The AC was very cold and there are fans all over to make it that much more comfortable. I love that they do not block you from making it as cold as you want the way the hotels do. We need it to be very cold to sleep. They provide anything you can imagine. from beach towels to endless paper towels, toilet paper even laundry detergent. As for the development this property was 10 steps away from the pool and directly on the salt water lagoon. Our little ones used the Kayaks provided from sunrise to sunset. The tennis/pickleball courts are brand new and they have lights. My husband and I played very late and had a nice crowd of renters in the community to play against each night. The jetty will blow you away. The sunsets were incredible and the kids loved fishing there. The pools are clean and not loud and annoying like many developments in the Keys. The owner provided us with a guidebook on all the great "locals food" and also what to do while we visit. We discovered so many things we would never have known existed. As for the communication, it was outstanding. The moment you message them, they reply within seconds. We will NEVER stay in another property when visiting the Keys.

Adorable townhome!
Family traveled to Key Largo for destination wedding and had a great stay at Diana's property. Clean, beautiful decor and great view of swimming hole made for a lovely weekend. We needed to alter days and host was extremely accommodating and quick with communication! Would book here again in a heartbeat! Thanks again for letting us stay in your adorable place!

Disappointed by full disclosure, and follow up after
We booked the unit eight months out, with the deciding factor being the use of a golf cart. We were very disappointed to arrive and find out there was no golf cart, and were told they hadn't had one for 12-18 months! Giving us a contact, there were none available to rent anywhere. Once home, I contacted the owner, she could have reached out as soon as they stopped golf rental, so we could have booked one. Don't lie about it. She wanted to make it right and agreed to refund the cost of a cart. That was two months ago. There was minimal contact, of course an invoice for a steal on a week rental... When I reminder her we were there longer, she said she'd take care of it. No further contact... The property was as shown in pictures, but refrigerator leaked water, puddling on floor. Someone came to "fix" but continued. Hot water was a treat... but overall location, and place were good. This should have been handled so much better, before we even arrived. Not a good business plan.

Birthday trip
Spent 4 wonderful nights relaxing in Key Largo for a special birthday celebration. We live in coastal Florida, but the Keys are always a unique experience. We especially liked the location of this unit as it was near the heated pool and barbecue area. We loved viewing the tropical fish everyday from the rear porch on the lagoon. We also saw lobster and iguanas once. The best was the golf cart ride on the jetty at full moon. Lots of things to do and see in the area, as well.

Well-decorated, nice community, needs a little TLC
I stayed four nights with my parents, spouse, and two elementary-aged kids. The resort/community was nice for that age of children, even though there weren't too many children around. The kids would have been happy to spend the whole trip swimming in the small pools and using the kiddie kayaks in the lagoon. The townhome was carefully decorated (but with lots of Christian messaging, so take note if that's not for you), but it needs a little TLC. It was a little small for six people. Fewer counter and table chairs and more living area seating might have been nice. Only three adults can really sit on the couch. The flooring in the larger upstairs bedroom seems unsupported underneath, like one wrong step might crack a bunch of it near the window. Water leaked under the fridge every night. There was no stopper for the kitchen sink (and no dishwasher), so we had to wash dishes in a large bowl. There was a good assortment of dishes. Beds were really soft -- too soft for some of us. The bunk bed was kind of creaky and we couldn't put the kid who tossed and turned on it or it would have been too loud. Big note -- not a good place for tall people. The huge ceiling fans hang really low. This is particularly true of the large bedroom fan -- could easily be touched by a kid in the top bunk. We enjoyed the porch on the lagoon and watching the squirrels and iguanas. Overall, it was very clean and possibly worth the price, considering how expensive lodging is in the area.

Sweet 16 Celebration
We took my daughter and one of her friends to Key Largo for a sweet 16 get away. The property was perfectly located to participate in snorkeling/paddleboating/kayaking and canoeing. The property itself was clean, with all the necessities to make our visit great. Would definitely stay at the property again if our travels take us back to the Florida Keys.

Great place central location
The rental was as described the owner Diana was excellent and timely with any communications. The lagoon was one of our favorite parts along with taking the golf cart out to the jetty. The location made it as convenient as possible to get to any must visit destinations. Any issue was handled I a timely manner by our hostess. An excellent property owners are terrific.

Fantastic! Book without hesitation
We loved our time at this property in Key Largo. The pools are great; the lagoon is fun to look at (lots of fish, and we saw lobsters, too); sunset from the pier is awesome. One bathroom is quite small and it's on main floor while the two bedrooms and the other bathroom are on the second floor, so maybe keep that in mind if you're booking with another couple. Key Largo Fisheries is just down the street, and they have amazing lobster chowder you can buy to go. Diana, the property manager, is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

OUR STAY WAS MAGICAL
I rarely have the time for a review but felt obligated to share my incredible experience. This property is not only beautiful but it was spotless. From the moment we walked in we were impressed with how crisp and clean everything was. The sheets, and even the mattresses were brand new. The AC was very cold which is very important to our family too. They provide everything!!!!! Laundry detergent, unlimited paper towels, soap trash bags, even K-cups. The decor is much nicer than the pictures and the location was ideal. You open the patio door and literally walk on to the lagoon and the pool. The development is well kept. My younger ones spent their entire time on the kayaks. The teens swam in the lagoon and enjoyed the pool. The golf cart was for mom and dad to see the sunset and the end of a beautiful jetty with cafe lights and fire pits. We even BBQed at the beach area. What a beautiful property. We have every intention to return for the years to come. Diana the owner was just lovely and responds by text within seconds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER EXACT UNIT AS THE PROXIMITY TO THE AMENITIES IS IDEAL

Exactly as pictured! Comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. Responsive to our requests. The golf cart plug is a little tricky/charging light does not work-no light so no driving at night. The upstairs rain shower head does not work and the downstairs is not accommodating for an average size adult. Noted in prior reviews. We enjoyed our stay but would look to stay further south if we come again.

Hi Natalia, I wish you would have contacted us during your stay with any questions. I would have been happy to explain that you have the option to use the high power rain shower head or the hand held sprayer you simply had to turn the knob. The shower is brand new and works perfectly. As for the golf cart, the charger does not light up you just connect it and it charges. We are happy you enjoyed your stay.

Girlfriend retirement trip
This was an excellent choice to stay for the week. Easily accessible, private, great pools, lagoon was fun for spotting many types of fish. The screened in porch was ideal. Smelly seaweed lines the beach looking areas so do not expect lounging on white sand but if you love exploring nature you will enjoy the walks to the pier/point. We saw several turtles, lobster, fish possible manatees sighted in the marina area. They love freshwater dripping from the fish cleaning stations. Close to all water sports in the area. We did a snorkel tour and kayak/paddleboard trip through the mangroves right by the dolphin preserve near the place we were staying. All amenities were great. A few iguanas racoons and squirrels also provided some entertainment from the screened in porch. Well worth the money. The owner left plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and laundry soap. Thank you! The second place we stayed needed to take lessons from you Diane. Would stay here again without question.

Overall good experience, discussed with Diana (the owner) several issues, upstairs shower does not drain, light in lanai hangs so low I hit my head on it, no paddles and only one canoe. She was very pleasant, thanked me for telling her and assured me she’d fix them before next tenant. The golf cart and amenities were great!

The condo was great, and just as pictured. It was obvious it had been recently renovated with modern touches everywhere. We traveled with our 5 year old, so the lagoon and pool were used quite often. The quick access to other pools on-site and the playground was also great. We were close to great restaurants, shops, anything we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 6 stayed here for Spring break and loved it. The property is great for families. My kids enjoyed the lagoon and kayaking, playing tennis, and the pool. The TVs were huge and the internet was fast. We watched a couple movies and it was so comfortable . Owner - great and very pleasant to deal with. Property (condo) very nice. Only compliant is the extremely loud music/party and swimming at 11:00 pm. There should be a noise limited to certain hours at the property and it posted at the lagoon. Not too mention the HOA's liability exposure for this.

Great family getaway
The property manager was amazing and answered all questions and helped with any issues we had immediately. Property was clean and we felt very safe during this pandemic. Added bonus were tvs in every room and a "music flow" sound system that you could pair with your smartphone in each room. You had access to a golf cart to take you to marina where you can hop on your own boat, or enjoy the fire pit for s'mores or see stars on the jetty. There's a lagoon where kids have access to 2 kayaks right out back of property and there are a couple of pools on property to relax. We had a great time getting away. hope to be back soon!

The condo is beautiful! The owners of the property were more than amazing! The property was very well maintained. The private pool was great for my special needs son. The golf cart was a plus! The big pavilion and the grill was great for steak and lobster. The Jetty made for great late evening hang outs and cooking smores on the fire pits.

A great place to stay in Florida
We were able to snorkel at the nearby park, visit Key West (Ernest Hemingway’s home, margaritaville , beach and southernmost point of US) and the Everglades. (Including kayaking at Flamingo area, Nike Missile Silo etc.) We watched the sunset at the VRBO as others have described . Absolutely amazing. We loved the use of the golf cart and the restaurant recommendations listed inside were right on target. We hope to return one day. Only negative was parking for the suburban required us to be flexible but that was okay. 👍
