This fully renovated town home is located in Key Largo in, a gated community with 24-hour security. It is uniquely situated with breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets. It is the only location in Key Largo with a saltwater lagoon with tropical fish specimens for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or just relaxing. Amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), ocean-front access, 24-hour security, boat trailer parking, a saltwater lagoon, 2 heated pools, a playground, a small sand beach, and tennis courts. Guests can go boating, snorkel, kayak, paddleboard, fish, or just relax in the tropical sun! Access to the marina ramp is free. If you need a boat slip, please let us know we will provide you with the marina's information.

Our spacious three-story, three-bedroom, three-bath, two- living room town home has been completely renovated from top to bottom with attention to every detail with a modern flair. Two living rooms (one on the first floor and one on the second floor) offer a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large counter with 6 stools. In either living room you can kick back on our comfy sofa in front of the new large flat screen Smart HDTVs with many channels with free movies. Enjoy the convenience of our new full-size LG front loading washer & dryer. You can relax in one of our three newly tiled showers each stocked with bath towels.

The waterfront, master bedroom offers a king bed with fluffy linens and a private balcony overlooking the salt water lagoon. You can wake up and enjoy coffee while sitting on the screen-in balcony with a one-of a kind view. The second bedroom also has a luxurious queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom, also with a queen bed is located on the first floor.

Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. You will find cookware, small appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils. You will usually find some spices, condiments and canned goods in the cabinets - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use.

Each of the three full size bathrooms is equipped with 16.9 oz bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We have provided Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals nourishing Coconut Mango body wash, 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Paraban and Sulfate-Free. Ginger Lily Farms Salon Formula 100% Pure Morocco Argan Oil Shampoo & Conditioner, Sulfate Free, Phosphate Free, Paraban Free, 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We ask that you do not take the refillable bottles with you. If you really like them - they are available on Amazon.

Extras: Extra sheets, blankets, pillows, small ironing board & iron, some toiletries, first-aid items, and games. As always, every single line item is being washed between guests. If you will need extra linens, please let us know in advance.

If you've forgotten anything, whatever you find, you're welcome to use, child toys, floats, tennis equipment (at the guard house), 2 pickleball rackets and balls, 2 junior size kayaks and 1 adult kayak.

Take in the fresh air on one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort has a kids playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp and where renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Acquatic Center with olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away.

We are close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.
