The unit was really great and exactly what we expected. The unit was spacious and comfortable and it was very enjoyable sitting on the balcony watching the boats pass. We would definitely stay there again.

Shower was covered in mold/hair(had to clean ourselves), suite was carpeted and filthy, pool was dirty, had to beg for clean towels- ended up washing them on our own using washer/dryer that was $6/load, poor water pressure in shower, and faucets in bathroom were too short for sinks making it nearly impossible to be effective.

The room was clean, in excellent conditions and the layout of the room was amazing. I simply loved the way it is arranged and the balcony with view to the marina is an excellent place to spend.

The suite was modern and looked like it was recently renovated with all mice and modern touches and fixtures. With one bedroom upstairs and one down it afforded provacy and a greats nnigjts sleep! A wonderful sirprise and famtastic home base for exploring key largo.

Property was great, walked along marina - went to eat at the nearby seafood restaurant. Everything was awesome!! While reloading the bikes there was some adults smoking weed non stop while going back and forth from the front office. Wasn't a huge deal --- just pretty stinky and uncomfortable as we were back and forth from the bikes to the rooms. Our room was actually a two story apartment style with a kitchenette and balcony. I would have stayed here for another night - but couldnt get the same deal.

Pool down for 2 days after being shocked with chemicals. I got no reason, but suspect a baby in non swim diapersmay have pooped causing the closure. When opened back up all was greart. The floors look clean, but are actually dirty. I tried to explain that yes a new mop rag used each time but the permanent mopping device pad is black and new actual mops needed. Language lost in translation. Best bet is to go to Bealls and buy footie sock to wear during your stay and toss away. The location of the property was great. Quiet and fun watching the yachts, diving boats and fishing boats go buy. Kitchen utensils limited, but nice having a full size refrigerator. Had pool to ourselves basically after it reopened.

I made a last minute reservation to stay just one night and found the room ready for me and staff very welcoming. All rooms are second floor level and there is no lift or elevator, but an excellent ramp makes it possible to wheel suitcases or a wheelchair to the room. The bedroom in my one-bed unit was also up a flight of stairs inside the unit. The unit itself was wonderful with a generous kitchen and living space, and a nice balcony overlooking the channel.

We had a very relaxing stay. We did not use the pool but enjoyed the restaurants nearby and sitting on the balcony with our view of the marina. Everything was clean and quiet. Very nice place and would definitely book again.

The property is fine. The little kitchenette is great, and we loved our balcony. It is an inexpensive place, so you can’t expect luxury. It was exactly what we needed. It is walking distance to two decent restaurants, and it is fun to watch the boats come and go. The pool was sufficient, and they had pool towels.
