  • Completely updated condo in The Shipyard of Truman Annex! Luxury touches everywhere. This end unit was completely remodeled with flair and detail. Open design with new flooring, coastal hues and furnishings -feels spacious and decadent. The kitchen boasts new stainless appliances, and a show-stopping chandelier. After a day of frolicking, slip into the new bed featuring cozy organic bedding. The double French doors lead to a huge deck- perfect for morning coffee, or happy hour entertainment. The Shipyard includes a heated pool, assigned parking, security, and tree shrouded walking paths. The condo is perfectly placed in the very desirable Truman Annex offering a tranquil neighborhood, yet so close to the newly developed Truman Waterfront Park, Fort Jefferson State Park and its popular beaches, and the excitement of Duval St.
    Please note: The minimum rental period is 27 nights

Lovely Shipyard first floor condo with beautiful gardens!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed 5 weeks in this lovely condo. The bedding was comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. Backyard was gorgeous with foliage and orchids. It would have been a 5 star rating if a sofa bed was in living room to accommodate our kids who visited us for a few days. We enjoyed our stay!
