The Shipyard Condos enjoy an enviable location in the Truman Annex area of Key West, just a short walk from the white sands of Fort Zachary Beach. You'll be amazed by how quiet this location is, despite being half a mile south of Mallory Square and two blocks from Duval Street's renowned shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You can easily stroll to the famous Ernest Hemingway House (a quarter-mile east) and the USCGC Ingham Maritime Museum (half a mile west) as well.

Our family of 4 had a great time here. Beach was close and easily accessible and every afternoon we went to the nearby park. Unit is clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants. Good value and I highly recommend it.

This place is just wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. The condo was impeccably clean. The location is amazing...so quiet and yet only 1 block from lots of things to see and do. We had a delightful time and are sad to leave. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here.

Wonderful Stay
We loved staying here! Perfect location. Super clean and very nicely decorated. Comfy and felt like home. It was so nice being so close to the pool, bike rentals, Duval Street and anything else we could possibly want to do! We definitely plan to stay here again. This would be our first choice for any future trip to key west!

Great place and great location
This was a wonderful place to stay, I have used Vacasa the last two year while staying in Key west and will only continue to use them wherever I’m down there. Their staff is super friendly and always happy to help. In regards to the home, it was a fantastic place to stay. Extremely comfortable, and great location, about two blocks from Duval Street and a super close scooter drive to everything else!

Great Location!
We were very happy with our stay. The proximity to Duval Street and to the shipyard annex swimming pool was a great attribute to this location. The unit was very clean , and roomy enough for four adults to share. We are looking forward to our next trip to Key West and looking forward to staying at this property again!

Wonderful Key West Visit
We had a wonderful visit. This home is clean, quiet and well equipped. It was very close to everything we wanted to do while in Key West. I suggest renting bikes and exploring and visiting the beach at Fort Zachary state park. We had a restful week on the island and look forward to returning.

Great place to stay! Very clean. The place was just as pictured and described on the Vacasa web site. The kitchen was well equipped . The response time to questions was excellent . Location was close to many attractions. Highly recommend this place if you travel to key west!

Our family of four had a great time. The condo was close enough yet far enough away from Duval Street, restaurants, stores and beaches. The unit is clean, well equipped bright, airy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo-Perfect Location
My wife and I enjoyed a week in a really nice condo in a great location, close to most everything by walking. The condo was clean and well appointed with very nice amenities. The area around Shipyard condos was clean with adequate parking, which is a necessity in Key West. We really enjoyed our visit and would certainly return.

Wonderful stay in Key West
My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it! It was clean and perfectly appointed. Check in was a breeze. It was in the perfect location; close to everything yet still quiet. We absolutely loved relaxing on the covered front porch and back deck. We like to come to Key West once a year and will definitely stay here again if available!
