Perfect Key West location for a group.

Beutiful property with private pool, balconies, and docks. Modern new building that made it easy for our charter boat to pick us up in the backyard at the dock!

Beautiful condo that had everything we ne seed for our stay!

We brought my mother in law and adult son and his girlfriend for Thanksgiving and we had a great stay. The condo was comfortable. Roomy and convenient to everything.

Great vacation

Condo was spotlessly clean. Three bed three bath perfect for three couples. Awesome heated saltwater pool. Rented a golf cart to get around which is a great way to go. Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Very easy check in/check out. Highly recommend.

Easter weekend 2024

Great condo. Travelled with 3 adult couples.Well equipped with everything we needed. Nice pool and outdoor seating areas as well as barbecue. Quick Uber to get to downtown. Enjoyed this quiet afternoon with easy access to downtown and access to fishing.

Like other responses, the only negative is that there were no closets to hang clothes. We had a problem with the bathroom sink and the maintenance crew fixed it by the next day. Very clean and nice kitchen appliances. Loved the outdoor sitting area overlooking the water. Nice place to meet and enjoy a beverage. Overall, an excellent stay. Would recommend.

Girls Weekend

The management staff was extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the lock sticking out last morning, and someone was there almost immediately. The only opportunity to improve this lovely place would be for management to add bigger coffee mugs 😊. The location was also very nice. Much quieter than when we stayed on Duval Street last time we were in Key West!

We spent four nights in Upper Sunset South and loved every moment! Very clean, great location, amazing views! The staff at Key West Vacation Homes were helpful from several days out until just before our departure. Only one issue, the elevator was not working during our stay. This would have been a serious problem if someone in our group had mobility issues but that wasn’t the case so it was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend, we will book here again on our next visit to KW!
