Worst unit ever

I have stayed at thr Sunrise Suites many time but thus was the worst unit ever. Let's start with the dollar store furniture and the small tv. Then there were only 4 towels minimal pots and pans, the ceiling was all stained along the edge. No late checkout allowed and hey there wasn't even a cork screw. Been staying in Key West for 20 years an many condos

It is a nice comfortable place to stay.

We had 5 of us on our trip. The pool and the spa was nice and warm and clean. I like the 2 bedrooms and 2 bath and full kitchen. Lots of sleeping space with the fold out couch too. I liked the balcony. It was a nice place and a good price.It was nice and clean. We would stay again.

Pet Friendly family condo

Had a great stay at Paradise Escape - perfect for two couples and our small dog. Nicely appointed rooms, a great balcony, and A lovely pool area. We even had a covered parking spot so our car stayed nice and cool.

Good place to stay.

Teach plumber how to install shower faucet correctly in the master bathroom. It was either cold or extremely hot. No way to mix.

My favorite place in Key West!

This is my second time staying at this property! I really love everything there! While it is an older unit and located next to the elevators, sometimes you here drunks coming back later. Even so, I still is a great place to stay. 2nd time we stayed there for my birthday! Look forward to my return!

Great space

Very comfortable and relaxing. It’s away from the main touristy part of town, so we could separate from the nightlife (not our scene!). It’s close enough to everything that a short car ride gets you where you want to go. I would recommend having a vehicle; Uber rides added up fast at it’s just a little too far to walk or ride bikes every time.

Not a terrible location, could use some repairs.

The layout of this condo was great. It was very convenient having pool towels provided as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. It would have been nice to have ice trays provided in the freezer as well as coffee filters for the coffee pot. The two bedrooms each with their own bathroom was convenient. However, this property could use some repairs. The shower spouts in both bathrooms were literally loose and almost falling off. Several tiles by the slider doors are cracked and you have to be careful when walking barefoot not to cut the bottoms of your feet. Both mattresses should really be replaced. It would have been really nice to have an ice maker somewhere on site.

Met Our Needs

Our condo was in a great location. The location was really good because we were close to the action but far enough away for it to be quiet. The place was clean and had kitchenware available for use. The only negative I have was the fold out couch. The mattress was so thin that anyone larger/heavier than a 3 year old would not have been able to sleep on it due the feeling all the bars for the frame. We ended up placing the mattress on the floor and made sleep bearable for my kids. Also there was not enough linens for the fold out bed. There was a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a small blanket. Not enough for both kids. Other than that everything was very good.

A lot Left To Be Desired

I understand that rental places have issues, as renters don't take care of the property. Therefore, finding issues is common. However, how a company responds when an issue is reported, really tells the true story. Here are the issues we faced: 1) There were 5 of us, but only 2 towels in total. I complained about this to customer service and they said someone would reach out, but nobody ever did. This is a big deal, as I had to go and buy towels myself, as you need towels for the pool and beach. 2) All 3 mattresses were absolute garbage. They were of the absolute cheapest quality someone can find. 3). The water was getting backed up in the bathroom sink. 4) The shower head was extremely calcified, so almost no water came out. 5) The property description mentions that there is a washer and dryer. That is technically true, but they fail to mention that it is not in the unit and is available on the ground floor and requires you to pay to use them. You have to put at least 10 bucks to use them, as the machines use a special app and not cash/credit.

It's ok but need improvement

Great location for sure. But need improvement like a new mattress for a good night rest. The mattress it has on the master room need to be retired and a new put in place. Place was ok for a weekend getaway very quite.
