Our first room had obvious water damage (the floor was peeling up and it had a very musty smell). Unfortunately we got in after the manager left for the day, so it had to wait until the following morning to get resolved. The manager moved us to another room the next day, but we shouldnt have had to wait.

This little hotel is a hidden gem in Key West! We loved the cozy lobby, the beautiful pool areas with the bar and breakfast trucks and the very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff! The room was clean. If you go to Key West and look for a small and charming place go to Havana Cabana!

Very busy hotel located on the opposite side of the island from where everyone wants to be. Great shuttle service, but it's located in a commercial area right on a busy highway. Our "ocean" view was really a highway view and we couldn't open the blinds because it's also a "parking lot" view right next to a '57 Chevy where people constantly take photos. The pool area has 14 lounge chairs and the hotel allows people to drop towels on them and never return. Not sure what the pool concierge's job description should be, but the result of this not being policed is that most of the people actually in the pool area had to stair at empty lounge chairs. Really close to a grocery store, if that's important to you.

The pool and bar area is fabulous! We enjoyed wonderful food and drinks and the staff was wonderful. The shuttle allows for easy trips downtown. We opted for the room with a bunk bed and pull out couch for the kids and it worked out great. Hunting for curly tailed lizards and iguanas kept the boys entertained for hours. Our family of four had a blast and we can't wait to return.

Anyone who thinks this is a two star Hotel is mistaken. I wouldn’t even give it one Patios were 6 x 6 with the ventilation from the air conditioner blowing on you The building was filthy

Free shuttle to downtown was great. Room (premium king pool side) was good. DJ by the pool and pool was good. It's a bit out of the way if you want the downtown experience. Did not eat at hotel facilities too many other options to try. There are alot of lizards and iguana on site.

I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff is so friendly. Food was really good from the food truck. Great shuttle service into Key West. The rooms were cute, spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds. Nice pool area and outdoor bar.

I would give 5 stars but I didn’t because we had a dog and there was no pet relief station even though they say they are dog friendly. When I asked where our dog could relieve herself they pointed to the parking lot. No well trained dog would poop in a parking lot. It was uncomfortable walking 2 blocks to find a piece of grass. Otherwise we loved the place .

They have done an AMAZING job making this a Boutique hotel. Every little detail.. tiki hut, retro food truck with great food, cool vibes of the artistry in the Keys! Chris at the front desk was great as well as Christian the BOSS. There was a hiccup with our reservation & they went above & beyond to make it right with an upgrade.

I have a lot to say but I'm going to summarize it: in 3 nights we returned with two sick children. The rooms are musty and damp, the bad smell is horrible, we couldn't sleep because of the humidity and bad smell. From the first day we asked for our room to be cleaned as early as possible to see if it improved and no one came until 4 pm because I complained again. Nobody pays attention to you and they don't care. Appalling

The property is nice and clean is better then the picture show. The pools is lovely with smoothie giving out . They also offer sunscreen if you forgot them. They are in the new town not at the old town if you like more quiet side. They do provide shuttle bus to go down to historic seaport so is very convenient. However I do have some down side experience. They were written they provide shuttle bus at the airport ,but when I call up to the hotel request a shuttle for my flight they said they can’t due to license issue. Then when I arrived they WiFi is completely down . I spent a whole night using my own data . And when I call the front desk they just said they system is down n have no WiFi just like that and dust it off they shoulder . I wish they can have better customer service and be more clear of how they handle the situation.didn’t do any service recovery didnt do anything!! So sad . With the money I paid for the room I think it should be better service. And when I get into my room . There was some used paper towel on the sink. So gross …. But because they told me they are sold out for the night other wise I would have change the room. If I knew these will happen I wouldn’t have paid for more to a more luxuries hotel with more professional customers service.

We enjoyed the property and especially the service provided by all the staff. The pool was great for the kids and the play area as well. Had time to play connect 4 and Jenga life size in a relaxed environment. Chris G, Aiko, Jesse, Ron and Blanca were all fantastic. Valentina the bartender and other bartenders were friendly and accommodating.

Fabulous stay! Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Pool area beautiful and great little unexpected surprises every few hours! Loved it and will return!

The room was musty, like it had previously been inder water and then dried. The room doors were cracked and warped like previous water damage that had just been painted over. Beds were terrible. Only thing noce about the place was the pool. The room we were in was righr next to the pool, that was a mistake. Had noisy peiple walking past and hitting the door all night. The curtains in the room let in all the light. Just not what you woyld expect spending 350 dollars a night.
