Very happy with our stay at the KAMP apartment! Proximity to Duval can’t be beat. Seems like it’d be a great party pad - but the two of us were there for rest & relaxation - and we got plenty! Comfy bed, comfy couches, sunsets from the deck and sunrises from the balcony. We felt right at home!

Great spot & great communication

Great stay! Great communication with management. Had to make several adjustments to the reservation and they were always very quick to respond. During our stay, one of the air conditioning units was struggling and within two hours of notifying management, a repair team was on site and quickly fixed. We were very impressed with the management team and the property in all regards. The bed was very comfortable, that’s very hard to find, we slept very well!

Great Old Town Location Needs TLC

Location is great and it has potential. Check-in instructions need a second look and we found the elevator entry double locked, had to go back down and around to the stairs. For top dollar you just expect all the doors and windows to operate properly and lock. Also there is not a tub, as claimed in the listing.
