Wonderful stay
Our first time in Key West and this place was an excellent choice! The house was spacious, comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub and pool area were especially nice! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! 10/10 in our books!!

Very nice!
The unit is very well stocked. Best I’ve ever seen in renting condos. Beds are very comfortable and unit very clean and spacious. Loved the pool area - quite large. Although the beach directly in front of the complex wasn’t a true swimmers beach, we had fun finding sea glass on the shore and wading with and watching the fish. A more traditional beach was just minutes away. So appreciated how proactive Kathy was in her communications and provided a great list of local Key West restaurants and bars. To sum up - a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great space for 5 of us, including a 6 year old whose swimming improved dramatically over the 4 day. Beds super comfortable. No bugs! Great birding from the balcony!

This condo unit was very nice. Both bathrooms were updated. We really liked that the 2nd bedroom had a double bed and a twin bed. Everything was well stocked. We didn’t have to go out and buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc., midway through our vacation!!! The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The pool overlooks the ocean! Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the rec room.

Little Piece of Paradise
The condo was as clean and presentable as home! It was extremely spacious,the beds were comfortable & there was nothing lacking. The proximity to Smathers beach was great! You can walk there. We loved ALL the beach equipment. Kathy is an attentive host! She responds to questions promptly. She wants her guests to enjoy their stay in Key West which is apparent by all her great suggestions. Thank you Kathy for a spectacular vacation! We really hope to be back one day : )
