The place was great - had most everything we needed. Location was ideal across the street from the beach. Pool and tennis court were both great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 3BR condo for 3 couples o the southern side of Key West. The community was beautiful and well maintained and the pool was refreshing and fun. Our accomodations were extremely clean, with a nice cold AC, and a beautiful view of the water. We will be back to stay in this location in the future!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED IT.....BUT IT IS LIKELY THE LAST YOU AREINCREASEING THE RENT ABOUT 80% NEXT YEAR FROM WHERE IT WASTHIS YEAR. THAT IS LITERALLY INSULTING. YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IT GRADUALLY TO ELIMINATE STICKER SHOCK.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay right across from smathers beach.Its a quick drive to Duval st. Where you can shop till you drop. We ate at too many places to name and not a bad one in the bunch.I recomend harpoon Harrys for breakfast.Please take a sunset cruise its worth it. Didn't do any snorkling water was all churned up from HELENE
