LA DOLCE VITA is located in Old Town, Key West!! Just 3 short blocks to Southernmost Beach and Southernmost Point in the heart of the Historic District.

The condo is totally renovated! It has dramatic high 14 ft ceilings, a granite countertop, galley style kitchen, stainless steel appliances refrigerator w/ great ice maker, 2 burner glass cooktop, large microwave. It has cherry wood floors, queen size bed w/ memory foam mattress, 75 inch flat screen Smart TV in living room, 35' flat screen Roku TV in bedroom, ceiling fans, full bathroom, crown molding throughout w/ recessed lighting on dimmer switches.

This condo is on the second floor and has a shared porch with 2 sitting chairs on a large wrap around balcony where you can sit w/ your favorite drink and listen to the sounds of Key West. :))

Walk everywhere! You don’t need a car with this location!! Walk to all bars, restaurants and shopping! Just a few blocks from Southernmost Beach! You are only steps to Duval Street!!

'La Dolce Vita' is on the second floor of an old Victorian, Key West style building with wraparound balcony.

A short bike ride away in the Historic Seaport at Conch Harbor is Dante's pool & Raw Bar at 951 Caroline Street. They have a large swimming pool, restaurant, full bar, Tiki bar and it is open to the public (pets are welcome).

A block away at 300 Catherine Street is the Community Center which has a large pool, picnic tables, basketball courts & a playground. It is open to the public. Weekend hours vary. Phone # 305-809-3876.

A few short blocks away is Southernmost Beach on the Atlantic Ocean which is free to the public. There is Southernmost Cafe which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and Happy Hour!

A few blocks away is Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. It is Key West's most beautiful beach. It is approximately a 20 minute walk and there is a fee to enter the park/beach.

You will NOT need a car with this location! Park it and leave it! WALK EVERYWHERE! :)

Great location close to everything, but quiet and clean

Unit was comfortable and clean and located quite close to most attractions and restaurants. Had a couple of issues, but property manager fixed them and/or owner compensated for it.

Beautiful place in a great location

This was a gorgeous condo in the quieter section of Key Largo but still just steps away from Duval street and all the shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! This place had excellent amenities and was beautifully decorated!

Super Location!

Had a great time in this absolutely beautiful home! The house was true to pictures and even better! We loved how close it was to bars, shopping, and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere!

Beautiful Location!

We spent 10 wonderful nights at La Dolce Vita and it was conveniently close to Old Town Key West and all the best beaches. This booking is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Checking in was so easy and the condo was spotless. I will definitely book this gem again when I return to Key West.

Always a pleasure

We’ve stayed here four times previously and it’s always a great experience. The condo was immaculate with great amenities. The hosts are super. The location is within 10 yards of S Duval with great access to many restaurants, the beach and the Southernmost Point. While we were there, we booked again for next year.

Fantastic location.

The convenient location cannot be overstated! Loved that we could walk to everything and still enjoy a quiet evening. Note that this is on the second floor, so you will need to be able to carry your luggage upstairs. There are many rentals in this building and they are not named. We struggled locating our unit and did so by chance when the door code worked. There is a sticker in the window of this unit, so be sure to ask for directions.

Colorful and artsy

The property was just as described and decorated with multiple bright colored walls. High ceilings give the rental a feeling of a bigger space. Your artwork displayed on the walls literally paints a picture of the Key West vibe. Loved the rental, thank you Debbie & Wolfgang.

KEY WEST RETREAT

Very clean and organized. Location great. Parking for golf cart very challenging. Would be nice to offer a designated parking spot for price that you are paying. Air conditioning needs some improvement. You can not adjust thermastat under 72 degrees. Eventhough it was set at 72 the temperature stayed between 76-78 degrees. It is on 2nd floor as stated in property description but the steps are steep and there are many so pack luggage in small carryable bags. I would rate property between 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Property owners communicated well. It is a very small apt but well appointed.

Nice stay

The neighborhood was really nice and peaceful and the neighbors were nice. Everyone was cordial in passing on the property and the property is clean and well-maintained. I would stay here again.

Quiet but close to the action

Perfect place and location in Key West

This is perfect for a stay in Key West. Steps from Duval Street, but still on the quiet side and within walking distance to everything. We rented bikes for 2 days and explored the beaches and island and walked the rest of the time. The condo was clean and perfect for us. We loved having coffee in the morning on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Don't bring a car

You can walk everywhere but parking is an issue in Key West. We had to pay 40.00 a night to park and it was a long walk back. We were told that there is parking on the streets and parking lots but not for 24 hours. We did finally on our last day find a spot on a side street that is 24 hours but it is difficult to find because of the traffic. Good Luck, otherwise the artist that owns this cute little piece of heaven has done a superior job decorating.

Pretty much perfect

Apartment was perfect & clean. Location was great. My only bout of frustration was taking down where yhe pool was. Listing said to get a entry card to enter the pool with no address for the pool just the office... Also there was maybe another pool but only a street for a Location. This would be my only complaint. Seem thier needs to be better communicating between the property management business and the owner! Or just a better understanding of how or where these amenities are located... In the visit to the property management office they informed me that thier is not a entry card... just gave us a address.... which is another rental w the shared pool... Pool was great and private not much sun tho!

Don’t judge a book by its cover.

The location of the property was great and the photos were pretty spot on however not everything that glitters is gold. First day we realized there was no hot water. After speaking with the owner they said maintenance would come check it out. The hot water returned for about 5 seconds and went right back to cold. Next day we woke up to no power. Emergency flood lights were on all night. Can you imagine waking up to these bright white lights shining in your face at 3 am and you have no control of shutting them off. We left the next morning and when we returned the power was restored. The next day my husband turned in the bathroom faucet to brush his teeth and the water coming out was thick and black, almost sludge like. The final morning we woke up and the vent in the ceiling in the bedroom was hanging out of the wall. The ceiling was dripping water from the hole of the vent and the water was dripping all over my husbands suitcase. We also discovered that from the vent falling out there were shards of the ceiling all over the floor and all over my husbands suitcase. For the price of this home we were very less then impressed. I’d recommend finding a different home for the price you will pay. One that has simple amenities like hot water, electricity, and clean running water.
