Key West Get Away

My husband and I stayed at this lovely three-story home with two other couples. The home is well furnished and well stocked and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area for cocktails, playing cards or just relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and timely responses

We all liked layout with enough space to spread out. Location is great. Pool, though small was enjoyed by all.House is showing signs of wear, with wobbling table and stools, worn stair treads, etc. We had 2 maintenance issues while we’re there and staff responded within 15 minutes, very good.

A Fantasy Fest Retreat

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The unit was impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the Garrison Bight, perfect for spotting marine life. Perfect family home in paradise.

This home was just great for our family vacation with our adult children. Each couple was able to have a bedroom with on suite. Living area and kitchen was beautiful and large. Location had beautiful water views and ideal for fishing. Downtown duval street was a short Uber ride or one mile walk. We would definitely stay here Again in the future.

Great place, would stay again!

Excellent property and we would definitely stay here again! Located in a quiet residential area next to a marina. Not exactly a prefered walk to downtown for us but we knew that before booking this property. Very short drive or Uber ride to just about anything you'd like to visit. Plenty of room in this property and the pool was a plus!! Very easy check in and check out, thank you for the excellent hospitality!!

Quaint and Beautiful Views

We loved our stay here in Key West! The communication was great, responsive and reliable. The listing was very accurate. We did have some trouble with the WiFi but nothing terrible that we couldn’t deal with. Pool is pretty covered by trees but the dock makes it so nice to sit out on for the sunrise. Good location, only 10 minute drive to Duval.

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for our family get together. Very spacious and immaculate. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, pool towels too. The kitchen is high end with lots of cooking items if you want to eat in. Even had dog bowls and a ball for your furry family member. Pool area is very nice. It was about a 15 minute walk to Duval Street area. Highly recommend.

This home was fully appointed with all we needed for relaxing. The kitchen and living room were comfortable for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom, a must for us. The air conditioning wasn’t working well when we arrived but Key West Vacation Homes came quickly to check it out and we were cool in no time. Easy to communicate with the office and everyone was so pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Key West Vacation Homes and this unit specifically. Thank you Ket West Vacation Homes!

Annual Key West Vaccination with 30 years experience

Great location and property. Management company was very helpful and responsive. I would give them 5 stars for communication. The property needs some minor repairs by someone who pays attention to detail.. the light over the stove doesn’t work and the stove fan barely works. I would say the biggest issue is the air conditioning in the queen bedroom on the second floor is basically non existent. With that being said the unit is awesome as a two bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good experience. Inside the house was great. Everything clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is 50 steps from ground level to the top bedroom, definetly easier for younger folks. Outside pool area and patio - pool is on the small side but was great for us to relax in after walking in the heat all day. Patio area could use some remodeling due to open saltwater air decay in spots.Another issue with being on the water is rats. We saw several large rats in the evening running along the top of the fence by the pool. A few poison traps may help.We had two issues that were not to our satisfaction.1) top freezer door on refrigerator was broken, kept coming off track and could not close. Main ice maker was in there so we had to buy ice. Maintenance came by but it wasn't fixed2) Wifi is very weak - we could not watch tv in any of the upstairs bedrooms. Maintenance reset the modem, didn't work. was told Comcast was their only option on the island and that was it. Maybe a wifi booster or stronger modem would help. Normally the tv in the bedrooms would not be an issue while on vacation, but while we were there a hurricane was hitting our hometown and we wanted to keep an eye on the situation at home.I would recommend this place to others, but I don't think I would stay here again, only due to my specific likings while in Key West.

The elevator was requested on the last day as one of our party was injured. The Sunday response was excellent! However, the elevator stopped working as we tried to move our bags out. The rep was there and he eventually resolved the problem, but the elevator seems quick to stop working even when all doors are closed. Only complaints include very low water pressure and when more than one showering hot water ran out. Aside from that everything was immaculate and wonderful!
