OLD TOWN OASIS is back! After three years out of the rental program, this luxurious condo has returned, with all the same elegance enjoyed by many guests since 2004, and with many improvements.

You’ll be staying right near the ocean in Old Town but with all the quiet and solitude of an exclusive gated community. The Green Parrot (oldest blues bar in America) is just two blocks away, and yet Fort Zachery Taylor Park with its beautiful beach is just a short walk from your front door.

THE LIVING AREA…

The moment you step into the spacious foyer, you'll know you have entered a special place. OLD TOWN OASIS has been elegantly decorated to reflect tropical living at its finest, featuring local art and photography. All of the rooms are over-sized, with 11-foot ceilings and overhead fans.

The large sectional converts to a queen sleeper for extra guests. There’s a large Smart TV for those evenings you need a break from the excitement in Old Town.

The kitchen has been equipped with everything a demanding chef might require, on those nights you are not enjoying local cuisine out on the town.

THE POOL & THE BEACH…

The Community Pool is right downstairs, located directly on the waterfront. There are plenty of chaises for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Best of all, you’ll have “orchestra seats” to watch the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
