THE GATED COMMUNITY...
Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. Just beyond Truman Annex is the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park - complete with a family friendly playground area and the Key West amphitheater. While you won’t need a car to get around from this exceptional location, the property does include covered off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
THE PRIVATE POOL & GARDEN...
It doesn’t take long for the Siren to make her presence known; she’s waiting to greet you in her garden the moment you enter the grounds. The lush tropical foliage tastefully fills the yard, surrounding the pool, and creates the perfect environment to relax, unwind, and succumb to the Siren’s sweet song. The pool area features plenty of room to stretch out and relax, allowing you to soak up some sun or snooze in the shade. You can rinse off outside, as the Siren provides an outdoor shower as well.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
When you enter the SIREN’S SERENADE you’ll know that you made the right choice to heed her call. This luxurious home has ample seating in the living area, allowing you to gather your entire group around the large flat screen TV for a movie night or to watch the big game. Right beside the living area is a proper dining room, with seating for 8, allowing everyone to gather around the table and enjoy a proper meal together.
From the dining room we head into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring any and every appliance you may need. Cabinet space is in abundance, hiding any and every tool the chef of your group may need to prepare their signature dish. There is a large pass-through window so the chef isn’t left out of the fun happening in the living area. A two-person bistro sits alongside some glass doors for those early risers to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
