Khlong Thom Spa Hotel

"We had a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. After getting off our long tail boat, we were picked up by tractor and escorted to our room, which was a unique and memorable start to our stay. It was my partner’s birthday, which I had mentioned in the booking confirmation, and the staff surprised us with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture that really made the occasion feel special. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb, right on the Railay Beach front, with stunning views and a truly unbeatable setting. My only criticism is that the hotel itself looks a little tired in places. For example, the tiling in the pool is worn and in need of repair, and we stayed in a hut which felt quite basic and could definitely benefit from some updating. That said, I would return to this hotel because the location is simply stunning. Next time, however, I would choose to upgrade the room, as the basic option wasn’t the most comfortable."

"Views are amazing! The location is the best, close to everything and all the action. The staff is great and very welcoming. Clean room. Welcome gift. As long as you are in the second building and beyond, no noise from the street. The pools are wonderful and amazing views there as well. On site restaurants are really good with the breakfast totally worth it. "

"Really lovely room, good breakfast and great staff. Some drawbacks: it's a bit remote towards the end of the road of hotels, there's not enough shade on the beach (umbrellas too small) and the music at the bar was so loud in the evenings I avoided it completely."
