「Perfection. Everything about this place is incredible. Jessica who checked us in was very sweet , courteous and helpful. She provided us with great recommendations. 「We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling.
