Nice Stay in Kiawah!

This updated villa was perfect for a short stay in Kiawah. Great location within a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can listen to the ocean when relaxing on the screened porch. Perfect size for 2 adults.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend It was so peaceful. Great location to the beach and to The Nest. My only complaint was the AC might need some more coolant. The air blowing out did not feel like 68 so it was a little warm at night.

The Good, the Bad & the Ugly

Location a 10. Just steps to the beach. Great shower/bathroom. Good appliances, floors updated, comfy bed with nice linens. But, the decor is reminiscent of a 1980s Florida grandma. (I'm a grandma, so I'm calling it out. Porch furniture tattered, wwasher chipped

Maintenance Needed

The condo is in an excellent location but is showing significant wear and tear. And there were obvious problems with mold— it was visible on the walls, ceiling and even the lamp shades. The property management team relocated us but the only open unit was off of Kiawah which was very disappointing.

Love this Villa!

This villa is Suchhh a Gem! Is even better than the pictures! Its one of the nicest villas I’ve stayed in out at Kiawah (Been going for 18 years)! Love the upgrades, the decor, & that it’s close to the beach!

Great Stay

We really did have a great stay at Mariner's Watch. The condo was the perfect size for two people...and the short walk to the beach was just that....short. We also lucked out with spring like weather in February.

Small space for two but super location and finishes. Be mindful of barking dogs, some access steps up, and loud tenants around as this is a downstairs unit.

You could hear the ocean!

We loved the location to the beach. Sitting on the screen porch you could hear the ocean. Such a peaceful sound. It was perfect for 2 people. Anymore and you would have been right on top of each other.

Great Memorial Day Weekend Trip

Everything was great but the frig was not working 100% and condensation was in the frig. Also some light bulbs were burned out in master, family room and kitchen. Would recommend a stool in shower.
