Wonderful accommodations.

We enjoyed the comfortable layout of home. The cleanliness and furniture organization met all our needs. The Palm Wabler location allows for convenient easy access to Fresh Fields stores, restaurants, grocery, Post Office, etc.

Great house and location!

We’ve been Kiawah regulars for over 20 years and this spot was one of the best all around. Setting is peaceful and house is fully stocked. Highly recommend!

Family wedding

It was the perfect setting for our family members from different states to meet and attend a family wedding. Loved the house with its large gathering areas and multiple bedrooms with private baths. Highly recommend!

Our extended family of 10 adults / young adults truly enjoyed our stay at Palm Warbler. The decor was lovely, the furnishings comfortable and the kitchen was great — sharpest knives I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental! It’s on a quiet cul de sac, and not too far from the beach. There was plenty of room around the dining table for family dinners. The grill was put to good use, too. We’re hoping our schedules will allow a return visit soon.

316 Palm Warbler at Kiawah

We got notice that the home was available for early check-in and we took advantage. The home was welcoming, beautiful and nicely appointed. Everything as advertised. It is on a quiet street. We loved our stay and recommend it to anyone. It is a little bit but enjoyable walk to the beach with easy access. We rented bikes and rode all over the island, great fun. There are bike racks at beach access so that makes travel to the beach easy by bike.

Beautiful home with only a 10-minute walk to the beach

This home was perfect for our group of 11 (including four children). The location is very close to the beach with a very pleasant 10-minute walk to Boardwalk 10. There was plenty of space for our three vehicles in the driveway. The outdoor shower on the side of the house was also very convenient after a day out on the beach. My only complaint would be that we were awoken very early one morning during our stay because a lawn service company was blowing leaves from the rooftop and driveway. Other than this, I would most definitely stay here again.

316 Palm Warbler in Kiawah Island/Charleston, SC

We booked this home for a Senior Trip with 2 adult chaperones and 9 of the most precious 17-19-year-olds so that we could enjoy some bonding time and a little history. From the moment we walked in the door, we were thankful that this is the home we chose…as the open floor plan was even better than the pictures showed. We were greeted with a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and some lemon cookies…a nice and unexpected surprise. Of all the places I have ever stayed…including places in Destin, FL; Gulf Shores, AL; Hilton Head/Myrtle Beach, SC and countless other locales….this was one of the most well-appointed homes with the BEST kitchen that I have encountered. I did not have to go buy new cookware, as there were plenty of options of baking sheets, pots/pans, and dinner ware. But what delighted our party who planned to do quite a bit of cooking was the assortment of pantry items and spices that eliminated the need for us to either buy things we only needed a small quantity of OR reduce the flavor profile of our meals. THANK YOU for this added touch! We loved the gas cooktop and the ample seating at the dining table and island. The open floor plan was perfect and the living room couch was comfortable. Our beds were comfortable as well, and the showers were nice and hot with good water pressure and shower heads with massage water stream settings. The bike trails were rejuvenating to the soul, and we were thankful to have rented bikes. We also brought beach chairs, but the outbuilding with more beach gear was stocked with boogie boards, chairs and spike ball. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for us by being intentional with home furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen and all the extra surprises, like laundry and dish soap…games…and a nice selection of reading material. We highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway that was accessible by bike to the grocery….live music…and the trails/beach. We will treasure our memories here forever.

Great Stay

Great stay at this Kiawah beach rental. The home itself was clean and the kitchen was nicely updated and well equipped. The dining area was perfect for our group of 8, and the living room furniture was large enough for our party as well (not always the case with rentals). We were able to easily walk to the beach, and only a short drive to the Freshfields supermarket and shops. Easy access to property and clear instructions. The value for the price was great, would book again.
