“Room was recently updated and clean. Pool was outdoors but screened in. Very impressed by the housekeeping staff while we were there. The property was in great condition overall. Front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel in Everglades City.”

“Odd that the maid had to pressure wash my hotel room door TWO separate occasions in the morning (stayed 1 night) both disruptions were before check-out times. Was very alarmed both times, apologized to her and asked if I could help her and she acted like she couldn’t stop spraying and even got me wet. Clearly no one else booked the rooms on either side of me, I was in room 110. So why did they have to pressure wash my door while I was resting inside still? Anyhow, didn’t find that Saturday……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom/1 bath villa. It was clean, neat and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, a full size refrigerator, dishwashe and microwave in the kitchen along with a coffee maker, dishes, glassware, etc. We were warmly greeted by the office staff when we checked in and out. The location was great...close to restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. We highly recommend Lakeside Inn and will stay again when we're back on Marco……
