"Had a great stay . Super comfortable rooms and great food. The staff is super courteous and helpful. They have a rooftop restaurant the views and sit-out area is awesome. The hotel is attached to a mall, there is construction work going on so the entrance is a bit narrow. The staff is available at entrance to guide and this is a temporary problem. Overall great experience "

"Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading. There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to keep it closed. The swimming pool was also non-functional, making the entire stay feel like a waste of money. Even more disappointing was the response from Hotels.com. The platform was not supportive at all — it clearly works more in favor of the hotel than the customer. After paying the full amount as asked, the hotel still tried to extract more money for providing even basic facilities. In short, it felt like being cheated both by the hotel and the booking site. The only good part was that the staff was polite, but overall, this was a terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and being cautious while booking through Hotels.com."

"Essential basic and clean facilities, with great staff and good local food at the restaurant. Ginger was a cost effective hotel that fitted my budget for a few days. Airport side of town was convenient, but not much around within walking distance."

"Suprising. We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time. All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city."
