The room is spacious and has adequate number of sofa. It also has an outdoor balcony. However, the room, the carpet, the bedsheets, the pillow cover, and the blanket cover are very dusty. It was hard for us to sleep because it was very dusty. I asked the bedsheets to be replaced the next morning, but they were not replaced although the receptionist said that they would be replaced. After the bedsheets were replaced on the third day, we could sleep well. The room is smelly. However, after we opened the balcony door, the smell was gone. The corridor on the second floor is smelly. It smells like a bad rotten cheese. There is no lift in the hotel. A nice and helpful staff helped us to carry our luggages downstairs.

I arrived 9pm and notice on the door to call for help. Lucky I had friends who dropped me and spoke German so I was able to get key to enter. Not safe for single person to go through that but thankfully I know the area

Hotel für anspruchslose Rucksacktouristen mit schmalem Budget. + Positiv: * einfache Buchung übers Internet * Checkin/Checkout ok (freundlicher Mitarbeiter) * Handtücher und Duschgel/Handseife ok, * Toilettenpapier, kleine Becher und Tissue im Bad ok, * Zimmerfenster ließ sich gut verdunkeln, * Frühstück (Sonntag! ab ca. 06:45) war einfach aber in Ordnung, (freundlicher Mitarbeiter) * Bad wurde mit Handtuchheizer warm. * Im Zimmer viele Steckdosen, WLAN war gut. + Kritikpunkte (Fotos vorhanden) * Das Zimmer (3. OG ohne Lift) war winzig (ca. 12-14 qm incl. Bad) bei teilw. Dachschräge, * Abluftschacht im (fensterlosen) Bad verkeimt, Effekt o. Funktion nicht erkennbar * Handtuchwärmer im Bad verstaubt und verkleckst, * Lampe im Bad verschmutzt, * Spinnwebfäden an Zimmerdecke, * schmutzig aussehender Teppich im Zimmer, * Schmutz auf dem Zimmerfußboden, * Fernseherfernbedienung verdreckt, * Haare vom Vorbenutzer an der Badezimmerwand, * Duschkopf an der Stange nicht fixierbar, * Abplatzschaden in Duschwanne * Schaden an Toilettenwasserkasen (war aber dicht) Bei Anreise mit KFZ: * Parkplatz wurde nicht angeboten, Checkinparkplatz war besetzt, TG war voll, keine reservierbaren Aussenstellplätze, Parkhaus in ca. 400 m Entfernung oder Parkplatzroulette auf der Straße (Parkschein mit APP)

Der Hauptgrund für die Wahl des Hotels war das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Lage. Die Zimmer waren funktional und schön groß. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war gut und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Lobenswert war die Tiefgarage.
