「We came in town for a wedding. We called the day before to see if 90 minutes early check in could be accommodated or if there was a restroom available to change in. We were told yes to the restroom and to call back in the morning for early check-in possibility. Called in around 11 am on check-in day to be told to call back at 2pm. Arrived around 1:40 at hotel and was told pool was full so we could not use restroom to change and to come back in 30 minutes to see if room was available as they...

「Breakfast could have been better as I’m a type 1 diabetic and don’t eat sugar cereals or pancakes or waffles. Hard boiled eggs would have worked for me !! Coffee was good!!」

「This property was actually closed. When I got there, I was rerouted to another property across the street, a Ramada. The Ramada was really bad. Very dirty. Very few people there. No breakfast no coffee.」

Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the dining area was always clean and stocked. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even better. 「There were bedbugs and i was told i would receive a refund but have not recieved one yet and its been 4 days. As soo. As we saw the bugs we left without staying the night. I have pictures of the bugs and i also showed the person who was working that night.」
