Kikuchi Gorge Hotels

"The R9 hotel was nice that we could park so close to our room! The only drawback is when it is raining the water comes off in front and when trying to enter the code to the room we get all wet from the runoff. Besides that, it was great."

"Best hotel chain if you have a car. Lots of space to park, each room is its own individual trailer, and they give you a free (small) frozen dinner when you arrive."

"It is good place for my business work in Kumamoto."

"The facility is clean. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was great. Will stay again."

"Large room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was worth the stay. Very friendly staff."

"Great location with good room sizes. Only down side is no food on premise but they have microwaves, ovens/toasters, free coffee and tea and a big lounge/eating area. Parking is free but does fill up by the evening so be mindful of that if planning on arriving late."

"Clean rooms. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Easy access to the airport and train station"
