“What a beautiful place to say. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and is equipped with everything you need. Breda was so welcoming and always on hand to help and answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Waking up in the morning to the view across the bay was a real treat every day. I cannot wait to go back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage for a second time!”

“Fantastic bay, 5m from the back of the property. Dolphins were in the bay for 2 days. Perfectly quiet. The Beara Peninsula is truly beautiful.”

“Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft am frühen Abend war schon der Kühlschrank gefüllt für Abendessen und Frühstück! Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Ideal auch für Familie mit Kindern! Die Heizung hat super und schnell funktioniert und ebenso problemlos der offene Kamin!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.”

“Beautiful home with ample room for two families. We were greeted by the host who took the time to show us around and followed up with us to make sure all was going well. She provided us with milk, cream, coffee and tea which was much appreciated. It is newly remodeled, each room was lovely and well kept. There is outdoor furniture and the lawn rolls down to the sea. We would highly recommend.”

“A fantastic experience. The beach for the children was a homerun! They spent all day hunting for lipids, mussels & clams. The sauna was going was so refreshing after a dip in the pool and bay. A daily ritual. Seal cottage was lovely and most comfortable. Tomas and Margrite(sp) were very helpful. We were there for over 3 weeks and hated to leave! We will return. 5 stars!”

“My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very comfortable and clean. The location is just outside of Kenmare, up a winding road that is in very good condition. The directions to the cottage were easy to find, look for the blue bicycle! Marcus, the host, is a warm and caring fellow. The cottage is on his property, between his home and his artist studio, but extremely private with its own, separate driveway. The location is very peaceful with views of forest and the hills in the……

“Loved the location of this property right in the heart of the Glengarrif Nature Reserve. Felt we were in the canopy of the trees listening to the babble of the river and birdsong. Incredible stars we were blessed with the weather. highly recommend.”

“Schull is a lovely place and the house is in possible the best place to enjoy it. The views are stupendous and the walk into the village is quick, convenient and scenic. The house is well laid-out to make the best of it's amazing position and the facilities are ample and convenient. The host was very helpful, making the check-in very simple and answering a couple of subsequent queries promptly. Highly recommended.”

“We had a fantastic Easter holiday at Chris and Kathleen’s beautiful home. The house is so comfortable and had everything there that we could possibly need. Our kids loved the playroom and had so much fun playing with the toys there and the garden is gorgeous with balls and badminton etc in the garage that we we played out there. The location is perfect so close to Skibereen town only a couple of mins drive or it’s possible to walk. It’s close Baltimore and the beaches at tragumna and Tralispean……

“Un agreable sejour dans le comte de Kerry, randonnees, visites de Bantry house et ses jardins, a quelques 70 kms vous avez le parc naturel de kilarney, testaurants, ballade en calèche, les restaurants offre de bons plats et pour pas cher...il nous manquait juste un peu de soleil...la region de bantry ses paysages fabuleux , son patrimoine ....”

“Stayed a week with my family for the last week of September. The house was perfect, with everything we needed (Cora, the owner, was also great with communicating with us, thank you!). The view from the patio on top of the hill overlooking Castletown Berehaven and Bere Island was incredibly beautiful. The house is close to town and a short drive to the West shores of Allihies and the Southern stretch down near Dursey Island. All around a perfect 10 spot, highly recommend this magical place.
