「Carpeting on 1st floor needs updating, the hallways on the first floor are way too DARK, need better lighting. The laundry room door on the 1st floor next to the vending machines seems to be propped open on a regular basis and makes the place look trashy! Room was clean but small; the bed is very close to the microwave/refrigerator stand with very little walkway in between. The gentleman who was working the day we checked in, Thursday was very friendly & I believe he is the manager.」

「The evening I checked in I Meg the manager and very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Only down side was toilet would run occasionally and had to flip handle. Love the lemon water in entry.」

「My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.」

「A great experience, The wonderful service. The staff are warm and friendly. Room clean and sanitary. The equipment is basically enough. There is also a fitness center for use. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.」

「From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...

「Overall, my stay was not bad. I appreciated the simple breakfast that was provided, and the air conditioning worked well, which made my stay more comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping service. The toilet paper ran out, and although I asked for assistance, the issue was not resolved promptly. I also requested room service/housekeeping for my room, but the service I needed was not completed. While there were some positive aspects to my stay, I believe...

「This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.」
