"Check-in is a little off-putting with a virtual AI assistant. No one physically at the desk or seen anywhere in the area. It is an old building that has been renovated. That being said, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping staff friendly. No apparent elevator so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Good value for the price though it looks better in the pictures."
