Nestled in the charming coastal town of Kill Devil Hills, this newly built house offers a serene retreat for your beach getaway. With 24-hour security in a gated community, you can relax and unwind knowing you\'re in a safe and welcoming environment. The property boasts decks on every level facing the sound, providing breathtaking views and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

This dog-friendly home features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a gas grill for outdoor BBQs. The outdoor wood-burning fire pit is ideal for cozy evenings under the stars, while the clubhouse with a shared pool is just a short walk away for a refreshing dip. The property also offers corn hole boards and outdoor toys, ensuring fun for the whole family.
