Timeless 4 Bedroom Semi-Oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills is sure to please everyone! The classic vacation home includes a private pool (12x28) and hot tub perfect for those sunny Outer Banks afternoons. Along with the numerous outdoor entertainment options, this home provides of amenities indoors to keep the fun going! There is a lower level recreation room that includes a TV and a pool table. A screened-in deck is located off of the upper level dining room to provide a great spot to enjoy the evening and have a great meal. There are 2 master suites. The location of this relaxing home can't be beat, it is within steps to the beach access. "Dollar Short" is sure to please everyone and create memories that will last for years to come! Next door to K1469 Day Late.

Fun beach trip

Nice location and beach access! Nice appliances and AC. Good water pressure. Things we needed were provided in the kitchen and throughout the house. We liked being able to all sit around the table for meals.

Great value for the price!

We had a great time! Good location, great layout. The property management company was outstanding as we did have a few things break, while we were there. The house is a bit outdated, the beds were not that comfortable and it really is not a good ocean view. Overall it is well worth the price.
