Like, closeness to the beach, Not like, Bathroom was old and in need of upgrade (rust showing in bath tube etc… Dune view was a hill behind the room. Back patio was unusable do to the loud air conditioners above and on our patio. No closet to hand clothes. Breakfast was underwhelming.

This location was marginal. We saw a few roaches in the hallways and there was leakage coming from each room. The wall up to the beach was a saving grace. The breakfast was ok with a fair amount of options. The polls were functional although small. This is a model for sure. The staff were polite and professional. I am not likely to stay again but will consider if in a crunch.

First of all, they gave away my king room w/sofa and private balcony/patio. When I arrived, they didn't mention anything but gave me a key to a double queen room w/out a sofa or balcony/patio. When I told them of their mistake and showed proof of booking the king, they said sorry but we don't have any king rooms left nor did they have any ocean view queen rooms, so I could stick with what they gave me or cancel my booking. They offered no discount for the lower quality room and when I asked for a discount, the manager said she couldn't give me one and to talk to my 3rd party booker. I said I would keep the room as nothing else was available Labor Day weekend and I just drove 4 hrs. I called Expedia and they contacted the property manager who only then offered us a 10% discount (she should have already offered that). So, they obviously aren't interested in having a repeat customer with such horrible customer service when they were at fault and then tried to keep the price the same for a much lower quality room than what I booked. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else about the property. It is right on the beach, although most rooms are "dune view" but an easy walking path to the beach. The indoor and outdoor pools were both nice and we especially enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Breakfast was also very good. We even got to play cornnhole. The beds were comfortable and it was mostly quiet except for one night when a loud party was happening at a property next door.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have been a little larger in regards to where the toilet was but we really liked the walk in shower. I would also have liked better access to the beach because of my knees we were unable to walk to it.

Our room was clean and charming. Great beach access. Close to many great coffeehouses, dining choices and lots of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location. We had a third floor room in the tower which had a private balcony with an ocean view. A short walk over the dune to a private beach. Room was very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was typical continental breakfast, nothing special but adequate. Everything was fresh with a few options. Plenty of parking and close to shopping and restaurants. Great view of an angry ocean with a storm off the coast.

Indoor heated pool and spa plus nice outdoor pool. Clean elevator areas with luggage plenty of luggage trollies. Room was very clean. AC was new and very cold. Free breakfast. Nice private walkway to beach. Great value for family with kids. Easy parking and loading.

We would definitely stay here again, it was clean, nice decor, our view of the ocean was the best, and breakfast was great. Didn't give it a 5 because main elevator areas could have been cleaner and the glass door on our floor was dirty, but that's not a big deal. Oh, the beds were very comfortable!
