This was our favorite hotel. It is very beautiful and rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good and staff were very friendly.

Elegant hotel and great location

Concierge was very helpful with storing my bag before checking in and providing information about seeing the sights of interest and options to get around. She addressed me by name when I returned from my adventures to check in. The hotel bar was even a decent dinner option. The bed was absolutely luxurious. Close to the city but not right in the midst of the noise.

We stayed at the Dromhall Hotel for two nights while traveling in Ireland and exploring Killarney. The onsite parking was convenient and town was just a short walk away. We ate at The Taproom right down the street - fantastic pizza. We eloped while in Killarney and the hotel greeted us with champagne upon our return, took a few photos for us, and left a treat for the room! It was completely unexpected and such a nice touch on their part. They have wonderful staff who go above and beyond for their guests! Highly recommend a stay here!

Room was not as described on Expedia. Had to purchase another room upon arrival. There is no room with king and double bed. Room has no fridge or body lotion (not even when upon request). Front desk was great! She provided excellent information and even helped with tips for the next day when we were leaving.

Enjoyed our stay. Stay was great. Easy walk to City Centre A little noisy in the morning as our room was on the parking lot side buses started to load at 7:30 No AC however windows opened very wide, and a fan was provided.

It was 10/10. We had a fabulous room, bed was so comfy and the room was lovely and warm. The hotel was so quiet, we never heard noise on the corridor. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the space in the room and bathroom.

The best hotel we have stayed so far and we traveled a lot!! The hotel is grand and beautiful with walking distance to town! All the staff were so friendly, pleasant and alway ready to help! The front desk staff Laura Daily was wonderful! She wrote out the Pubs that have live Irish music for us and the best restaurants in town. She also provided us great ideas and best route to Travel. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service and great memories of beautiful Ireland!

Very clean, nice restaurant. Bed was a bit too firm, but I’ve found hotels in Ireland don’t have very comfortable beds in general. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The location was convenient and walkable to pubs and shopping area. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Lovely restaurant for breakfast which was served to order. Breakfasts were excellent quality with plenty of choice. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bar food hit and miss, some meals better than others. Bed ver comfortable lots of counter space in bathroom for toiletries and excellent shower. Fresh water provided every day. Stunning staircase, loved the decor throughout hotel.

Nice hotel located within walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shopping. We did not sleep well as the room was warm, street was noisy and the fire alarm went off. There was no fire and good to know the alarm works but we don’t know why it went off. The night staff did not mention it to day staff, who learned of it from guests. Still a nice hotel and convenient location. Breakfast was very good too.
