「This old-fashioned guest house is a lovely place to stay in the central Durban area. We really appreciated the ease of getting around -- easy access to many good things. The owners are friendly, and the staff are outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「They had amazing bfast excellent staff and clean rooms but what I found baffling is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly they have no ramps into the property just stairs」

「the stay is wonderful, staff are friendly and helpful, location is great, near to beach and food court. it's pity that I am here for business, can't spend more time here in hotel.」

「KZN Park View Guest House is an affordable option in the Durban area. The room was clean, the shower was hot and had great pressure and there were a few lovely cafes walking distance.」

「Easy and friendly check in 」

「Best place to stay in Durban, such a peaceful and calm environment.」

「Clean room」

「Loved it. The staff members were really great, the highlight of my stay. 」

The room was clean but the bathroom had a chipped basin, cracked floor & wall tilea. The shower cubicle was coming loose from the wall. There was mold on the tiles and door resessers and ceiling. Ventalation was poor in...

「Very average The location is good and close to lovely restaurants」

「Advertised pictures look more neat than the actual place. Cupboards had no shelves but only hanger rails. Bathroom basin slightly blocked (water slowly drained). No PARKING at Facility! Used nearby dodgy parking facility charged per day and night! Hotel cleaners not trusted, watch chargers got stolen. Spoiled my running experience during comrades with low charged running watch. Security manager informed and didn’t help, not even to view camera footage. I doubt the cameras even works. Hotel...
